At Mopar Parts Now Online by Suresky & Son, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping on all OEM Mopar parts and accessories. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing, delivery times, and return guidelines.

Fast Order Processing & Shipping

In-stock OEM Mopar parts ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders submitted before our 11:00 AM cutoff time are typically shipped the same day; orders placed after may ship the following business day.

Manufacturer Orders & Availability

If a part is not in stock, it will be ordered directly from Mopar.
Most manufacturer orders arrive at our dealership within 2–3 business days and are shipped immediately upon arrival.
Some parts may take 5–6 business days depending on availability.
In rare cases of backordered or discontinued parts, our team will work to locate the item and provide updates as quickly as possible.
Please note: selecting overnight or express shipping does not guarantee part availability. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time if needed.

Shipping Times & Methods

Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional charges; you will be contacted for approval before processing.
We reserve the right to select the most efficient shipping carrier to help reduce overall shipping costs.
Please note: we cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized shipments, as delays may occur with carriers.

Important Shipping Policies

We currently ship within the United States only (no international shipping).
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not accepted.
Shipping carriers can only use the address provided at checkout—we cannot include special delivery instructions such as gate codes or alternate drop-off locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident when ordering genuine Mopar parts online, and we strive to make returns as simple as possible.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Electrical parts are non-returnable.
Special order parts are not eligible for return.
All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
